Trying to make Paper wallet backup but data doesn't show up

The picture above is a screen shot of what I'm talking about.  I am simply trying to create the paper backup but the information isn't to be found. No root, nothing.  I have changed screen resolution, magnification, printed, printed in xps. I can't see it. Any help would be appreciated.

Update to 0.96.1 and try again.
