I participated in hubii network ico unfortunately today i checked CMC and they are no where to be found,  please make more research before you venture into any ico

Have you tried contacting them? Maybe it takes some time for them to send them or maybe there's an error on your side like wrong address or maybe you did not fulfill the requirements. Always contact them before accusing them of anything.

Need some spare btc for a new PC that can at least run Adobe Dreamweaver.

As far as I know, all tokens have been sent to investors and even participants in bounty campaigns. Better to wait for their announcements. In my opinion, till now everything has gone very well.
