i just bought a rx 570 gpu and it has 3 output ports i.e hdmi, display port and DVI but my monitor only has vga input. I have ordered a hdmi to vga adapter but is gonna be delivered in 2-3 days. I was wondering if it is possible to install gpu drivers while connected to mobo or using remote desktop. I can connect a hdmi to hdmi cable in my tv and gpu but my tv's hdmi slot is not working. Can i use it to fake " that i am connected to a gpu"?

Your gpu does not have to be connected to a monitor to install the drivers. You could use remote desktop to access your pc and install the drivers. And when your adapter arives you can use your monitor to manage your pc without having to use remote desktop.

You still using VGA ? Why !? What monitor do you have ? I think k the best thing to do it but a new monitor you seriously need one.
Otherwise do you not have a friend or work colleague ? Family ? That you can use a monitor from. Maybe you can even take it into the store and ask them to help set it up for you ? Are you mining with this card ?
