I think there is a possibility of bitcoin being used by people if mars began to be populated but the chances are low. Probably even if there are human civilization on mars in the future, they would still use the same old fiat currency because it doesn't need internet to be used. If crypto would be used there, I don't think they would use bitcoin but instead they would create a cryptocurrenct of their own.

This is just a funny question. Before we can answer that, I think we need to answer first the question"Do we really need to live on Mars?". Your question is very futuristic and we still don't know how can we live in Mars. Aside from that, it will take a long time before we can set up an internet in Mars because once we are there, we need to study first the geography of it.

No they won't. We are very far away from the settling of the Mars. By then we will most likely have some new sort of paying method. Those things are happening in our history all the time, like on repeat, and will continue to happening. We had exchange of goods, coins for people, golden coins for royalty, paper money, money on credit cards... They are evolving into something new.
