I suggest to set the alert in your phone. There is a reputable app called Blockfolio which a lot really used it including me. Why in your cp? It's because it's always with you even you are outside of yout house or office. If you really want an app in PC then you can find a lot. You can try searching and a lot will pop out but mostly it is a website.

I'm using TabTrader. There you can set up price notifications.
