where to discuss fresh idea which might be usefull for bitcoin/altcoin users

Well, i'm new to this forum.
however i'm in crypto for some time and also i'm developer so a bit aware about some tech details, quirks, caveats and so.

i've come to couple of ideas which might be usefull to implement. but before doing this, i want to ask peoples opinion and feedback.

what is the best place to ask (which branch of this forum or may be some other places also)?
