ritiro ETH da Bitstamp

Buongiorno a tutti, vorrei ritirare ETH da Bitstamp al mio wallet jaxx.
Bitstamp effettua ritiri tramite smart contract. Cito testualmente Bitstamp:

"IMPORTANT NOTICE
Do not withdraw to an ICO address. In case of a refund your account will not be automatically credited. Please make sure that the receiving party can receive Ethereum smart contract deposits before withdrawing your ETH, since Bitstamp ETH withdrawals are sent through Ethereum smart contract."

Vorrei sapere se effettuando il ritiro incorro in problemi. Per esperienza so che Bitstamp è molto lungo nelle risposte ai clienti e non vorrei tornare a dover aprire un loro ticket.
