The problem is not your internet connection, but your understanding. You don't know about bounty and want to spamming with any of bounty.
Does it make sense for a newbie already know about bounty? NO.
Agree, even an elementary child would able to read up those informations posted on a certain bounty thread. Its not automatically you would be accepted or join without applying into it. People nowadays are too lazy to read up even on the simpliest instructions would still had a hard time on understanding it. As a newbie you cant still join on bounty campaigns for sure since most of them do only accept jr or member above.
