What is the cheapest VCC for paypal?

Hello VCC and BTC geeks,

I would like to know what is the best VCC to verify Paypal accounts without verifying the VCC, I just need to do the verification of paypal.
I do not want to provide any documents to the VCC provider. I have tried spectrocoin, but no luck.

cheapest vcc method is spectrocoin, I would suggest loafing $6 so you can unload the $6 once pp refunds your card in a few days. so basically you get your account verified for $0.50 you paid for the card.

I tried spectrocoin, eventhough it is possible to verify the paypal using their VCC when I am going to do a purchase paypal is asking me to add a credit card to the account(eventhouth when the verified vcc is still in the account), it seems like that paypal know I used a VCC to verify the account
And also I am never getting back the $2 charge done by paypal

I do not know the country paypal account that you are trying to verify but if your account has nothing to do with adding a bank account;i will recommend uquid to you, the paypal account does not request for any further verification once you add it.
