Is there anywhere I can find comprehensive reviews for free/earn bitcoin sites? I want to know which ones provide good service and pay the best.

Check out http://www.freebitcointips.co.uk/ and see if that will help. Every site on there is tested personally by me to check that they do payout

Thanks Andy. I've looked at similar lists like yours, but I'm looking for a list that includes up-to-date payout information, so I can easily find which ones pay the best. Does something like this exist?
