CROWN is merge mined with BTC (15% of all BTC miners are merge mining CRW, which is a huge figure) - They are working on a DAPP type platform that can host many projects and still have a legal structure that allow it to conform to normal laws.

Their homepage says something about decentralized mining, their not allowing asics.
