We'll it looks like BTC-e stopped OKpay deposits a little while ago. It seems there isn't en easy way either to get USD from OKpay to BTC-e. Every place you try and convert OKpay USD to Perfect Money it says you can't exchange more than 0.01 from OkPay. Anyone else got a method to get USD from OKpay to BTC-e?

This is something I'm interested in as well, this may be the reason why the gap still exists between BTC-e and Gox's going rates

Yep by the time you go through a few different exchanges etc to get it into BTC-e the % charges would probably make it not worth it now.
