Need advice on the new mining rig (ethereum)

Hello. I have a small mining rig already at home and i am thinking of buying another one. I will use ethminer and windows 10 as a operating system. Im thinking of getting a 8 gpu rig. Here are my components and i would like if someone can check them if they work good together. And maybe someone can make some adjustments. My budget is around 5000$.
