Interested in a web programmer

I have been thinking about a project where, without going into the fine details, is (preferably) a web-based application that a user can enter info into which the application will post, based on the info. That explanation is likely pretty bad so please send me a PM if you're a programmer and interested in doing this task for me, and I'll send over the details.
