Airbitz, which is a mobile wallet allows you to custom the sending fee. Remember that the lesser the fee the longer it will take the BTC to reach the destination.

if i remember it correctly you can change the fees in every wallets,
and so far the best wallets in my opinion are Trezor and Electrum, most of my friend used that and they said it's easy to use
you can lower it to that point, but remember if you're lowering it too low you should know the consequences.
1 conf will take a times around 15~60 minutes approximately [Prioritize Trx],
and every conf can be vary depend on your fees.

go check here and make some calculation about it,
https://bitcoinfees.21.co/
the green one is the best one.
go look number 31-60 bytes will take a times for every conf 55-1620 minutes and you need 4-123 conf to sent it.
how long it will be ?

Note : Seems like 1-30 bytes not really safe because *inf=infinity if i remember it correctly

Your own wallet such as Bitcoin Core or Electrum are good options as you can customize the fees.

There are many other options for mobile too just go to: https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet.

Take some time to read about the various options.

You can just wait till you have enough usd in bitcoins to start the business . The best wallets that I can recommend are mycelium for android, or electrum for PC.
