Question about my recent transaction

I've notice that the confirmation of my transactions has been really slow this past few days. What is happening? Is it just me? or is this normal for everyone? I'm pretty sure the fee is good too.

On that note can someone help me speed up the transaction?

It has a warning of double spend because i already increased the fee but still the same result long confirmation.

it is like this for everyone!
it is the large number of unconfirmed transactions that are currently waiting to be confirmed.

and your transaction is already confirmed! it had a decent but still lower than most transactions fee.
