Well just taking out the notion that this is in the wrong section. But the big thing here is that a coin like this won't work, a coin like this is going to end up like the rest of the shitcoins. While it has an amazing idea behind it, this idea relies on people from the Real Estate Community, massive amounts of bankers, and normal everyday working people to get in on this idea.
People could simply form corporations if they want to own portions of a property, be it a S-CORP or however they decide to do that.
Thoguh this is not the future of property investment, nothing digital cryptocurrency is.
