Smart contract for buying a file

Hi guys,

Is it possible to set up a smart contract for buying a file on ethereum blockchain or any other blockchain ? The file would be sent after the money credited.

I don't know how you would define which file. You might need to get clever about that part depending on which file you are buying. If somehow you would know a hash of a file then I guess that you should be able to do that, probably even using a Bitcoin script. This would be like those could storage blockchians like Sia.
