Best way to sell things with BTC/LTC?

I would like to sell something to someone else on the internet. What would be the best way to do that, using only my wallet?

Basically, what I am asking is: If I sell to multiple people - how do i know who send me the money.

Add a label to the sender's address and wait for the payment.  When it does, the client will notify you.

The most secure way to keep track is to create a different address for each person.
