i need to calculate my power loads to choose the suitable psu
so please tell me the  maximum power draw of sapphire nitro+ 570 4gb at maximum overclocking
.
and what about moded bios for power saving
does it affect the hashrate for the sake of power saving or gives the maximum hash rate as normal over clocking ?
.
I'm planning to have 7 cards  rig
7* Sapphire nitro+ RX570

main PSU 'll br evga 750watt gold works with the cpu &mobo with 3 cards
secondary PSU 'll be thermaltake toughpower  gold 850watt with 4 cards
.
'll this work fine ??

I have a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 570 4GB. While dual mining UBQ+DCR, GPU-Z shows 140W plus add another 50W for the riser, so ~190 W total @ 1150 MHz core clock, 2150 MHz memory clock with a -96 mV undervolt and -10% Power Limit.

If you plan on dual mining, for 7 cards I would go with a 1600 W PSU.  For a dual PSU I would go with a 1200 W + a 750 W or two 1000 W.

Risers power consumption is calculated in GPUZ.

GPUZ Power = power from the PSU + power from the pcie port (riser)

You are wrong. The wattage reported by GPU-Z is the VGA auxiliary power input wattage the card uses. This is easy to verify with a dual PSU setup like I have that runs the VGA power off of one PSU and all the risers off the main PSU. VGA auxillary power input wattage + 45-50 W for the riser = total GPU wattage.

Mining with those cards are a real stress test , torture. During dual mining , the  power draw measurements can go over 200 Watts peak  , but pretty much the average power draw is between 150-180watts in my experience .
The tested cards on this graph are not Sapphire Nitro+ RX 570 4GB , its a Asus Strix RX 470 OC ... but can give you some idea .
