the most commonly used way for such cases- for this purpose, creating a new account, of course you can ask OP for email.

All account worth is determined based on factors, such as trust, previous tradings and how old it is though I spoke to few escrows and I will take few opinions from people I know before I successfully lend money.

All accounts are held by a Third-Party Escrow to be provided by borrower though I will verify if the person can be used as Escrow or not.

The best way to find an escrow for this is by posting a listing in the services section with as much details as possible so that reputable members can respond there and give you their terms for holding the collateral.
