Hi

I had a problem before https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2109424.msg21176039#msg21176039 which goatpig gave some good tips. Sadly I haven't been able to carry them out as I can't get Armory to sync.

At that stage I could see the BTC value was correct in my wallet.

Since then I have run it, v96.1, but it stalled at Scanning Transaction History - 99%, 1 sec remaining. I rebooted and ran it again but the same result. I even left it overnight but no difference.

Also, it would not go online. I ran it with Bitcoin Core open and without but always the same offline and not fully scanning the transactions.

Today I just saw a new version, 96.2, so I've installed that and now it goes online but now it doesn't synchronize with the network.

I have looked through the forum for solutions and I see people have similar situations, but I'm afraid that I don't understand the tech talk.

I came across this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2091887.0 where Casimir1904 August 18 said, "If you need your coins you can always extract the privkey of the address you sent the coins to and import it in another wallet."  I read somewhere that you cannot recall or retrieve BTC that have been sent to an address. If it is possible to retrieve, undo a transaction, that would be great but can you explain how to do that please.  I have read so much now, and am so confused. I don't understand how to "extract a privkey."  I sent BTC from Copay to Armory.

Thanks

PS I was going to add my log but it's 5,897 lines long. Would that help?
