I have 2x 1060 without any use. I decided to build a tiny rig to mine with them. For now without risers. Going to add a few more NVIDIA GPUs if they are cheap. Eventually I will have max 5-6 GPUs.

Question:
Which motherboard will give me best out of the box results?

- MSI H270-A PRO
- Li Bai Mining Motherboard 6 Graphics Cards for Intel CPU included
- H270 GAMING M3
- Z270 TOMAHAWK
- B250 GAMING M3

or any recommendations will be appreciated

Will this CPU be sufficient?
(Intel Pentium G Series 3.50 GHz Dual-Core LGA 1151 )

win 8.1
8gb ram

so all you have is 2 cards? correct

are you looking to run win 10?

win 10  wants more ram and better cpus.

but if the rig is 100% miner that garbage cpu will do the trick.

if i do a win 10 build I buy these used ones and put in 8gb ram

I almost always end up using the win builds for other things  and mining to boot

- MSI H270-A PRO (do I need any adapters for the m.2?)
yes, you need M.2 to PCIe adapter if you want to plug 7 GPU. your Processor support this Motherboard but RAM must DDR4, I suggest you're using Window 10

core i5 series of intel with 3.5GHz is sufficient for your job, but if you have more money you can buy core i7 or i9 series. Core i9-7900X is very good cpu. I suggest u increase your ram to 16Gig

actually, if a CPU would be used mining, Intel Celeron/Pentium is enough. I think if you suggest i7/i9, only wasted your money. same with RAM, for mining 4GB, is enough.
