Hi y'all. I'm really, really new to mining and I barely got myself a stick miner.
I'm just coming off of trying out GPU mining and wanted to get into the heavier stuff, but, admittedly, I'm still pretty clueless.
I've been able to get my ASIC linked onto a pool and it seems to be working on something, due to its flashing lights and such, but, I'm not seeing it accepting any jobs in the output window.
I'll post my screenshot here...

I probably did something wrong from the get-go, so, heh, easy on the ribbing, pls, lol.

Is it actually mining, or, is my ASIC just kinda hanging out and staring at the pool?
Help appreciated.
