Anyone have issues with Wirex and their exchange rate?

So I got my Wirex plastic card for GBP's. I think it is a great idea. Now they say their fees are all transparent. How is it then that I transfer 0.1 BTC across to the Visa card in order to use it and I only get 314.66 GBP's? According to all the exchanges the minimum buy rate for GBP's at the time should have given me at least 325 GBP's? Does anyone have issues with Wirex exchange rates??

They are charging at leat, as I recall, 2% when you top up your card.


Don't use them. There are ridiculous fees everywhere.
