hi

was looking to buy an s9 and found this website
https://bitsgear.com/antminer-s9/
has anyone seen this before because it looks too good to be true
also they only accept bitcoins as payment

I also saw this but not sure what to think of them... they're from 2016 on the market but I haven't seen anything from them
I can see that they are selling antminers.... maybe they're a resell site.

How many times must this be said: NEVER buy s9/t9/r4's or Avalons from ANY reseller!
A. Neither Bitmain nor Canaan (Avlons) use distributors/authorized resellers. That means NO WARRANTY, PERIOD!
B. Scammers abound. If prices look too good to be true -- they are.

Correct.
Again, to-date neither Bitmain nor Canaan use ANY distributors. Only Canaan has mentioned even considering it and that was mainly in response to the flood of delayed orders from their early August batch.

i have used them before. be careful about getting overpriced equipment. it shouldnt be that much GrinBTC
