GPU choice

I'm finally found on a local store some GPU's.Overpriced, but preordering on Amazon didn't work..so.. i'm willing to buy.
Sapphire Radeon RX 470 NITRO Mining Edition 8GB DDR5
Sapphire Radeon RX 580 NITRO+ 8GB DDR5 256-bit Special Edition
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5 WINDFORCE OC

Any advice?What should i buy?

Well, can you list the price of the GPUs that you're able to get, only then can anyone provide some insight on whats better.
