I ordered some coins from bit instant / coinapult

coinapult said i had 0.7 coins and said to type in my wallet address & pin number

i typed in my address and 48 hours later my coins still are not in my wallet

coinapult won't help me

bit instant wouldn't help either they just said to come to this site.

Does anyone know how to recover my missing bit coins?
