Is anyone using mackeeper?

I subscribe to this application or software (whatever you call it)   maybe 4 or 5 years till now, but it seems not helping. Yeah, I see the status of how many threats were cleaned, etc, etc.  But my mac became more slower and slower even after I updated the OS and deletes some  documents, pictures and videos.
