You should find the address of the Deeponion wallet you have downloaded in your computer. Then go to Cryptopia and withdraw to the address. Is there any specific steps you have problems with?

Open your DO desktop wallet and go to receive coins tab then copy the wallet address there. Now login to your Cryptopia account find the BTC symbol and under that, you can find withdraw option to make a withdrawal. Select DeepOnion then click next, now put the amount that you want to withdraw and your DO wallet address and that's it.

Thank you very much. I did that but my DO desktop wallet says "Out of Sync" and it shows Zero balance. No idea how to fix it

Okay, then you need to sync it first so that your Onions will reflect on your wallet. I guess you need to make a .conf file, here is the link to the tutorial on how to do it and add it https://deeponion.org/DeepOnion.conf.php. I hope it will help you.

Thanks for the topic, as newbie I'm was worried about the sync time length. I might wait few hours.
Also, does this long sync means we are downloading all the transaction information since the beginning?

Yes, your wallet will sync the transaction and blockchain data from other wallets and depending on the total number of blocks it could take a while.
