I don't think it's the right time to buy NEO now. It used to be a high potential coin but now it's future is not clear when you consider the things happening in China market. So i suggest you to wait a bit before investing in NEO.
the price has gone to $20 right now but i think i am really looking forward to invest when it reach to $10 and i think it will. if you consider the bann of ico by china i think it will really effect the price of most popular coin of china and it will also create oppurtunities to the buyer to buy at such a low price and i think we have to wait a little more and wait for the price to go below $10 and then invest as much as we can in neo.
