Probably just an choke. They vibrate if they aren't secured while under load. They are usually coated with a hardened resin or plastic to prevent this, but if it loosens up, it'll make a buzz/squealing noise when under load due to the magnetic properties of electrical current running through a coil.

Nothing to really worry about unless the noise bothers you.

If the pitch of the noise is high, let's say something like 8Khz I is more likely some capacitor of the output stage that has ESR, it could be a good idea to replace them.

usually there are visual effects as well but not always, they could be inflated, or lifted off from the board like 1/2 centimeter, better check them out.

It also could be one loose inductor like ssateneth said, but I am more inclined by the capacitor's problem, a tipical problem if you used the PSU at high temperature.

really depends on how you have used the PSU (temperature, time online and %load) and specially, the quality of the output capacitors.
I don't know OCZ PSU's so I cannot comment, just guess, I use coolermaster, they are expensive, but superb quality an efficiency.

Yes. @notaek, if you can find the culprit, and have a hot glue gun, sometimes you can fix the vibration with hotglue from a hotglue gun, to secure it again. So I've read.
