Have you inserted the data cable to connect both hash boards?

I have same issue.. emailed them for support.

Check your data cable.  It should go top to bottom, or bottom to top.  Not straight across.  If that is not the issue, then I'm sorry, but I do not know.

Check manual first if you connect all in correct way. whether date cable connect two top/bottom ports depends on which sides your oarngepi on.

Nice to find a manual since there was no reference to manual anywhere.  Ok cables were crossed and I had both cables connected so I pulled the two cables apart and connected the single cable.  Getting 2 Gh/s now.  Now is there a manual to show how to setup the pools I added the hash rate after adding user name aka wallet but it seems even though I have higher priority on zpool it still mining first on mininghub.
