Miningpoolhub autoexchange not working.

Hi all,  for some reason the autoexchange doesn't seem to work.  Have done it numerous times but since yesterday morning no transactions  have hit the btc wallet. The mined coins stay in the "on exchange" wallet on eth side.  Any help would be appreciated.

The problem keeps happening once in a while, with several users having the same complaint, but after one time things get back to normal. I suggest you make a query in their Subreddit or twitter.
