I would like to say 0.00024900USD per 1,000DVC but I think that's outrageous.

Please name your prices. I want to give newbies a chance to get USD to buy other AltCoins.

So you're offering to buy 1,000 for the price of only 1.5?

You're trying to get newbies to give you a 1000:1.5 profit margin. That's ridiculous.
