A Service to Manage an Upcoming Bounty Campaign - Suggestions Please

I am researching to see if there are some good services that will manage a promotional bounty campaign for our upcoming ICO (for social media, forum signatures, etc).

And was wondering if there are any other options out there that people know of?..
- Or is it better to hire an individual as a bounty manager? I guess my issue with this is we would need a lot of trust in that one individual that they would do a good job and represent our interests well.

The only time I have ever used bounty0x.io on a campaign they did not work and people participating ended up being scammed out of their bounty by the dishonest ICO owners. The best automated bounty campaign I have ever used is the https://bounty.signals.network/ but I think that one is propriety.
