Do you think that ICO can completely replace traditional financing from banks?

Now in these last days ICO has a sort of public argument. If you see television and newspaper (national one's not specialized) talk about ICO and the new China regulation. ICO can be in a certain manner regulated, imposing no advertising and "ban" every third pay service from central banks. But with rising interest in cryptocoins it's really easy funds anonymously a project... so even with this China stop ICO can re-invent (not replace!) traditional financing of small/medium company and why not in future also big companies....

Some icos only gave the token because they need to gave look at civic really excellent platform but i dont see any use of the coin. If you give people something nice they can use in your project and all icos do this will start to be better normal banking system. Also for me like enterprise is better icos investor only control the coin no your enterprise like ipos people buy stakes and they control a peecent of your company so in the future for the companies are more profitable  make a coin

So, if managed properly, ICO then can replace traditional funding sources.

I doubt if any serious investors will even consider investing money into unregulated ICO's. Yes, it might be easier and some

people might consider it because it is a easier and faster process than traditional methods.... but is it safe? For every 1

legit/successful ICO there are several scam ICO's. I think some legislation will enter this scene very soon and we will see a

sudden change in this scene.

ico and bitcoin never replace position bank function
but if business need investor and big money if fast and solution use ico selling
because never use guaranteed same loan in bank

Agree with you.
But for run ICO need huge money.
In any case easier get loan in bank, no need a lot of money. Need go to bank and provide documents only.
Today exist many scam ICO.
