Bitcoin is currently being traded at $4218.69(via coinmarketcap) each on exchanges, but this site offers $5307.41 for each bitcoin? This should be a huge red flag already. No one should be stupid enough to buy bitcoin at a price THAT high since we're currently only hovering around the $4000 mark. 99.9% sure this is a scam site. this question has been asked multiple before by other people,
and actually you should know about the answer as well,it is too good to be true.
the fact is paypal will not support any payment/transaction related to cryptocurrency.
which mean they will disabling every transaction from companies/peoples/groups that make a transaction related to cryptocurrency.
other than that look at the price that they offer to you ?
it is reasonable for you to see it ? if it was a legit company,many people will take a profit from doing the arbitage from international exchanger to x-crypto.com,the differents are too big around $1000 for every Bitcoin.

so i would say,do not waste your money and time to that kind of exchanger,
just use your localexchanger to encash it or to convert it into online payment point
