Putin Tells Central Bank Not to Create Unnecessary Barriers to Cryptocurrencies

Are there any other presidents involving in this as much as Putin does? I kinda find it strange that a president that has all power and tons of money involves in this. What do you think about it?

Think about it. It's not for nothing that a rumor is heard that he keeps more than 100 thousand of bitcoins in his ear. This guy knows what he's talking about and he sees the prospects of this market clearer than many. And different banks, including the central bank, only want to bite off their share from cryptory and be afraid that soon the crypto currency will move them.
