Ideal mining pool payout system?

Hey folks,


I want to make sure I'm not over looking anything, I have a miner and want to switch between various coins while mining depending on which one is most profitable at the time.

It seems that using a mining pool that offers the PPLNS system for payouts is ideal? In a perfect world, I'd want my miner to switch back and forth without minimum time limit restrictions to make the most money

I'm algo-profit mining on MPH which runs based on PPLNS.
Theoretically there is no share loss on PPLNS system.
