yeah  i would hold some alt coins, but btc is crashing  so 1800 may be a pipe dream for you.

Doesnt really affect it too much in the long run. BCC/BCH rises to compensate by rising up and the mining profitability pretty much stays in equilibrium with those auto switch pools when you just go and buy DASH / LTC / ETH with whatever BCC / BTC you mine
