Hello

I am sending a huge offer of a friend...

Spectacular house for sale in BTCitcoins in Barcelona to fund cooperative and self-managed projects.

Unique, an oasis of green and wellness in an exclusive location, in the middle of Barcelona, one  of the most beautiful, popular and cultural cities of the world, and with higher quality of life. Capital city of Catalunya, in front of the Mediterranean See, and 100 km away from the high peaks of the Pyrinees.
It is a corner house of exposed brick of 260m2, of a group of 3 family houses, in a very quiet and well connected neighbourhood.
house is ideal for those who want a peaceful and green setting in the city, for
families with children, couples, professionals who want to get a home studio, using the abundance of natural light and inspiring views and garden, or for companies that want to offer their workers when they come to live for few weeks or months in Barcelona a comfortable, practical and cozy home with garden, garage, excellent views over the city and near to the Parc Güell and the future metro station to the airport and the AVE.

PRICE
970,000 €
Or 10,000 bitcoins
Or a combination of both forms of payment.

SOCIAL AND COOPERATIVE REASONS:
The owner of the house is a long time activist, involved in the Cooperativa Integral Catalana and local currencies (ecoxarxes) movement in Catalunya. The aim of the sale of the house is to get funding for cooperative and selfmanaged projects.
Thus, with this purchase you will not only acquire an exceptional property, but you will be also supporting the development of alternatives to the capitalist system.

WHY Bitcoins?
We have been working on alternatives to the monetary system for more than a decade. Cripto-currencies p2p can be a great tool to get free from the printing money monopoly of states and central banks. An important step towards world transformation. We are convinced that we can stand before the onset of structural changes in the monetary system, combining Cripto-currencies p2p like bitcoin, with cooperativism and social currencies to create new community based economies for the benefit of the common goods.
Providing this house in bitcoins is a small step in that way.

Look at the house with all the images in the webpage

and use the contact form if you are interested.

The house is all exterior, with windows on three of the
four sides of the house, which gives natural light from
the first to the last minute of the day, all year long.

How hot does it get in there?

Yes, for most of the people its high , but its awesome, and that isn't so expensive related other options in same city.

Here a link, for this kind of caractheristics;

Otherwise, its  one of the bigger options, that you can get with bitcoins currently, so perhaps any early adopter of bitcoin could be interested..

A more pertinent question would be "How does anyone get in there?" since it only advertises having windows on all four sides and they are all apparently barred up.

Barcelona is a hot city in summer, specially in July and August, when many barcelonians leave the city to go abroad, to the many catalan beaches or to the nearby balear islands (30 mn plane, 6 hours boat). Those who can't, can go to the beach in Barcelona within a few subway stations, or with the 92 bus, that goes from the front of the house to the beach in 20 minutes. Or to nearby beaches like Sitges or Castelldefels, 20 mn away from the city.

But the house is also very comfortable and fresh in summer, with the refreshing garden and terraces. You can open the many exterior windows of the house and get fresh air, as well as the air conditioned already installed in the main sleeping room on the second floor.

In winter there is a good heating system that in few minutes warms the whole house, besides the fireplace in the third floor.

So weather is not a problem in this house!
And Barcelona is known to have one of the most comfortable temperatures and sunny days of the world!  : )

Yes, also pertinent!.
There are two entrances to the house. One from the street thorough some old public stairs, the other through the garage, wich is the most commonly used.

Yes, some homes could be very cheaper, right now after the crisis.
For 50.000 euros you can get a 30 m2 flat, but we are not talking of the same  Grin

I'm there now and its a rather lovely 27C ... it gets generally no hotter than about 35C mid summer and no colder than 5C mid winter
