You're absolutely right, but you must understand that the people making use of such exchanges, are after the shitcoins that the better exchanges don't want to list. These noobs however don't understand that the issues they are suffering from when trying to cash out or deposit whatever shitcoin, is not the fault of the exchange, but the horrible networks of these coins. People keep complaining to Yobit, but fail to see that the coins they are using have severe network problems -- perfect example of how people blindly buy themselves into anything they can find....
