What's the best way to buy a significant amounts of btc in the Philippines?

Newbie to the forum here.

I am looking to buy 10m php worth of bitcoins.
Unfortunately all the sites that I see have caps that prevent me from realistically satisfying the amount that I need to fulfill.
Should I see if these sites have private client groups or are are there vendors in this forum that can fulfill my btc needs?
