With all these characters trying to get some relevancy and validation in the space, it's really hard to know who to trust.  As Chris de Rose pointed out once:  'There are scammers that don't know they're scamming yet'.  The same statement was used by Fluffypony Spagni on stage at Consensus 2017.

I think it opened the eyes of your casual altcoiner that these ICO's and most of the altcoins could be scams that even their developers themselves don't know their scams...  yet.

But with all that activity in the market, their still good to trade tho.  Just don't fall for the bull sh*t.

Sorry man. But there is nothing about Mr Lucien Chen or his awsome portofolio when searching the web. Just see results in google for Lucien Chen or even for the picture you show; you will find nothing. I don't also see any news/updates of the project.
