I NEED HELP !!!!   Smiley
I have a new architecture for new crypto coin. ( Silver Bullion Coin ) = AgBC
- it is backed by 1.oz silver coin at 9999 = 32  silver bullion coin  ( in special  locked into blockchain system )
- smart contracts for global trading
- micro payments
- 10 MB blocks
- very fast transactions per minute.
- many apps for daily use -  mass adoption
- debit card and other tech involved.
- much much more .....
- I have on (pre booking test ) registered interest on 200.000.000 tokens = $ 400 million ( backed by 1.oz silver  ) they will only enter on an official coin or an ICO of sophisticated character they say.
- want to go public  ICO  in the beginning of 2018.

Question 1: I  want to raise $2 million for first development stage ( development + marketing + licensing etc )  with A. private investors B. VC( VENTURE CAPITAL ) or C.  ICO. - which do you suggest and why?
Question 2: if I let in private investors with a guarantee of company shares  ( 25 % ), can I later buy them out with  AgBc coin?    would you, as investor accept that ?.
Question 3: How can I set up a more sophisticated character ICO  Huh? one that can accept crypto and fiat money too.

open to any ideas !!! the best ones I will gratify with AgBC coin (  just like Bitcoin......, with smart contracts, very low fees super APPS, but silver backed  at 9999 .)

There are a number of websites devoted towards providing small start ups with crowdfunding solutions.

Kickstarter, patreon, gofundme, etcetera.

Search for crowdfunding, start up financing and similar terms should yield decent results.

If you're looking for crypto crowdfunding solutions, you might be able to do it using an ICO. I'm not certain what the regulations or guidelines are in play there.
