Hi,
I sent a wire transfer to BTC-E last Wednesday, the said they would check on Monday. My payment processor assured me the funds will be in their account last Friday.
This morning my ticket was closed without giving me any feedback. I try log onto the support system an hour later and see this message: License has expired! Expiry: 29 May 2013 09:04:52 AM
I realise BTC-E have a presence on this website so if an admin messages me, I will provide the information they need.
Hope to get this sorted.
