Work, but only half the time. Depends on the motherboard you are using - so better find proofs that it works with your motherboard before trying. Also I have noticed that AMD cards have more luck with these multiplyers.

using them too...it works fine 99% of the time. once a week i get 511°C error on the cards @the switch. maybe somebody know how to fix it? :p

asrock h81btc v2, 7rx580 8gb

Loose GPU in the riser, or loose USB. 511 degress means an open loop, failing high. Replace the cable, or riser, or both.

hmm i think it is something else because i tried to swith cards that are plugged in into the switch.,
