Neteller/bitcoin to PayPal

Hi, i want to send money (not urgent) from bitcoin (stored in a cold storage and not an exchange) to a friend's PayPal account or from my neteller account to my friend's PayPal.
I do not want to use an escrow or peer to peer thing. I am just searching for a trusted, simple and direct service to do this.

No, let's say that i have money in bitcoin or in a neteller's account and i want to send it to my friend's PayPal account.
Since I can't do it directly as far as I know, i am asking if it can be done using a service.
(Of course I know that it is possible with an escrow / p2p).
Hope it is less confusing
