Cant change avatar picture

Hi,
Maybe a week ago all my passwords go compromised by some keylogger or something (lost like 3 bitcoins), and anyways that included my bitcointalk account. The hacker made some random posts, dont exactly remember, and changed my profile picture to this weird robot computer thing. When I try to change it, any picture I upload turns into the computer robot thing...what gives? I'm not sure if this is the right section so please move it if its not. Thanks
